The general purpose of this programme area is the reduction of all kinds of gender and sexual discrimination and creation of environment in which both women and men would have equal opportunities. We are carrying this out through networking and supporting gender related initiatives, by encouraging women, who are currently the largest marginalised group, to participate in public and political life, educating women and men as to the questions of gender equality, training women in development of different skills, through campaigns, researches and analysis of public strategies.
