INDEPENDENT AUDITOR’S REPORT ON THE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS IN 2023 FOR THE HELSINKI CITIZENS’ ASSEMBLY

The independent auditor has completed the financial statement of the Helsinki Citizens’ Assembly Banja Luka, which includes the balance sheet (statement on the financial position) as of December 31, 2023, the income statement (statement on the total result in that period), the report on changes in capital and the cash flow balance (statement of cash flows) for the year ending on that day, and notes to the financial statements that include a summary of significant accounting policies.

According to the independent auditor’s report, the attached financial statements give a true and objective view, in all materially significant aspects, the financial position of the Association as of December 31, 2023 and its financial success and cash flows for the year ending on that day, in accordance with the accounting regulations valid in the Republic of Srpska.

The Audit report was created with the support of the regional project SMART Balkan – Civil society for a connected Western Balkans, which is implemented by the Center for the Promotion of Civil Society (CPCD), the Center for Research and Policy Making (CRPM) and the Institute for Democracy and Mediation (IDM) and is financially supported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs affairs of the Kingdom of Norway.
