The first “Coffee with Creative Women” was held on December 21, 2024 in Banja Luka and was a great opportunity for our creative women, artists, to present their work, talk about inspirations and tell their female entrepreneurial stories.
This activity is implemented as part of the project “Banja Luka Creative Women”, which is implemented by the Helsinki Citizens’ Assembly Banja Luka, and is supported by the Embassy of the United States of America in BiH.
Numerous project activities will follow the needs and interests of creative participants, who come from the Banja Luka region. These women create from the heart, bringing a part of their personality, but also a part of tradition, nature and art, into each inspiring product/handicraft.
The specific goal is to empower female entrepreneurs and women engaged in handicrafts, of different age groups, by providing support and resources, tailored to their needs and challenges in the creative industry.
We will continue with new activities and look forward to new gatherings.
We also plan more “coffees with creative women”, which goal is for visitors to get to know creative women, their work, and to network, connect, and create additional acquaintances.
According to numerous visitors to the “first coffee”, these are great opportunities to meet women who make interesting and creative products in a pleasant atmosphere.
