Helsinki Citizens’ Assembly in the period from 27-28 February held the second specialized educational training for institutional and non-institutional free legal aid providers on the topic of gender-based discrimination in the labor market in BiH. At the training was discussed initiation of the procedures that have a component of gender-based discrimination, as well as representation before the court in cases that have a component of gender-based discrimination. Also, special attention was paid to the psychological approach of legal aid providers towards the victims/injured, which was discussed by professor, doctor and forensic expert, Sanja Radetić Lovrić. The training, which was held in the Hotel Kardial in Teslić, was attended by representatives of the Center for the Provision of Free Legal Aid of the Brčko District, Tuzla, Goražac and Zenica, the Republic Center for the Provision of Free Legal Aid – Doboj Office, as well as representatives of the Banja Luka office of Your Rights, BH Journalists and the Foundation United Women.
