It is necessary to constantly point out and develop awareness among every individual, but also among the representatives of legislative bodies and institutions, about the need of reporting and processing sexual extortion as behavior that uses power to obtain sexual favors and as a special form of corruption in BH society.
In the Analysis of regulations regarding sexual extortion (sextortion), the Law on Prohibition of Discrimination was also analyzed, in which the term sexual extortion needs to be incorporated.
In the seventh Policy Brief, we state how it is possible to introduce the concept of sexual extortion into this Law as well, because it is a corrupt act where the victims of sexual extortion and sexual blackmail are usually in a subordinate and discriminatory position.
