The aim of this paper is to show and define the common problems and links between environmental protection and human rights, and to see why such problems persist in people’s daily lives and prevent the application of some of the basic human rights. In this way, the paper points to the key problems that arise in the field of environmental protection, which are closely and interconnected with some basic human rights. The paper will try to show the real situation through theoretical analysis and empirical indicators.
