We present you another student paper, this time by Dragana Milković, a student at the Faculty of Law in Zenica. The aim of this paper is to provide information on the challenges that women face on the labor market in BiH, analyze the existing legislative framework, and offer recommendations for improving gender equality and ensuring a fairer distribution of resources and opportunities.
