Holders of public and political positions in BiH are increasingly reacting with insults, sexist comments, and inappropriate communication towards journalists.
With the aim of preparing a journalist story about the work of Drvna industrija Šipovo, which is owned by the current Mayor and functionary of SNSD, journalist Bojana Ninković called Milan Kovač on the phone, properly introduced herself and asked for a comment.
However, instead of an answer, a lot of heinous insults arrive at the expense of the journalist and editor of the Kapital portal Siniša Vukelić. In the public space, especially in the media, there are more and more insulting words and this attitude towards female journalists, and this kind of behavior almost always goes unpunished.
